Training and Development at The Dish
The Oakland Chargers training facility, in conjunction with 2SP, is located in Waterford, MI, as a central location for all Oakland Chargers baseball training! The facility is well equipped for training in all areas and for all of our age groups.

- 7 Batting Cages, 1 Pitching Cage, 1 HitTrax Cage
- 105' x 150' Flex Turf Space for fielding and indoor games
- 2SP support onsite w/ 3,500 square foot gym space
